The combination of ruby's unique corrosion and wear resistance coupled with stainless cartridges make these precise inserts almost impervious to certain harsh environments.

Stainless Press-in Insert 0.204" Diameter x 0.150" Long

Press-In Inserts are easy to install into a variety of applications. These precise inserts typically have a small lead designed to facilitate insertion. This helps insure alignment of the cartridge before driving it home.

 N/A RB82742 is stainless steel 303 material and is 0.204" diameter and approx. 0.150" long. This press-in insert comes in all three orifice styles.

With a Ruby Straight-Hole Orifice (0.060" O.D.)

This Sharp Edge Ruby Orifice series is laser drilled and wire lapped to insure Roundness, surface finish and sharp edges.

This orifice series is a good choice where the designer requires low flow, accuracy and repeatability. This orifice series has a complete micron series starting at 7.5 microns.
