Brass Press-In Insert 0.1568" Diameter x 0.190" Long

Press-In Orifices are easy to install into a wide assortment of applications. These precise inserts typically come with a small lead designed into the cartridge to facilitate the insertion. This press-in insert is available with our 0.060" diameter sharp edge ruby orifice series, ranging from 0.0004" thru 0.035".

For special request the 0.087" sapphire conical series and the 0.118" sharp edge orifice series are also possible.

With a Sapphire Vee-Hole Orifice (0.087" O.D.)

This Conical Vee Entry Orifice series is also wire lapped to insure uniformity of the holes roundness, surface finish and sharp edges.

This orifice series is usually a good choice for applications that require both low flow and or higher pressures. Sizes range from 0.002" up thru 0.033".
