This press-in insert is available with our 0.060" diameter sharp edge ruby orifice series, ranging from 0.0004" thru 0.035".

For special request the 0.087" sapphire conical series and the 0.118" sharp edge orifice series are also possible.

With a Ruby Straight-Hole Orifice (0.118" O.D.)

This Sharp Edge Ruby Orifice series is also laser drilled and wire lapped to insure sharp edges, roundness and repeatability.

This orifice series is a good choice for higher pressure and higher flow applications. The orifice is more robust and the orifice range extends up to 0.081".
